About Adam Corless of Hillier Hopkins
I have been an accountant now for just over 11 years after studying Financial Mathematics at Loughborough University. My dad is an accountant, and I was determined not to follow in his footsteps but here I am! I have been with Hillier Hopkins for just over 2 years, and I love the friendly feel the firm has and in which it offers our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy all things sport and I keep myself fit by going to the gym and running. A recent proud moment is in October 2023 I ran the Oxford Half Marathon, raising money for Oxfordshire Mind and managed to raise a very respectful £1,750.
What do you most enjoy about business networking?
I love being out and about and meeting business owners from all types of businesses. The environment that networking group provides the ideal balance between the social aspect and the business aspect. It is nice to have a networking group that isn’t just full of accountants and solicitiors.
Why did Hillier Hopkins join that networking group?
To expand our reach out of MK, get our name out there in the wider business community, and to meet with business owners who may have a problem that we can solve.
